Instructions to applicants :

1) Please read through the documents and send back the completed application form asap. One of the criteria we will use to prioritise the stall locations will be on the basis of your position in replying. Please ensure you mark which of the three types of stall categories you are and the number of days you wish to attend and which day if you want to come for one day only.

We hope you will come for both days !

2) We will review your application and will endeavour to avoid duplications of similar types of trader. We want the experience to be good for your business. We hope to let you know within a few days if your application is acceptable or not, but we reserve the right to announce our decision on 31st March 2013.

3) If you are successful and wish to proceed, please return your agreement to the Terms & Conditions, signing the slip as marked and your payment by cheque made payable to:

Friends of Grovelands Park

Send both these to our treasurer, Debra Smith, at the address shown on the form.

This must reach us by 15th April 2013 at the latest. If payment and a signed terms and conditions form is not received by this date your offer of a stall will lapse.

Once all the above is done then all you need to do is plan how to decorate the gazebo, to make it as appealing as possible to the very many visitors we know will attend the celebrations!
