N21.net Art and Design Exhibition 2012 - Exhibitor Registration

We are already thinking about the N21.net Art and Design Exhibition for 2012.

We will confirm the date of the exhibition as soon as the information becomes available.

In applying to exhibit you are agreeing to the N21.net and the terms and conditions below. 

Registration of exhibitors
To register for the event, complete the application form below. All registrants agree to join the N21.net website as a free member and be subject to it's terms and conditions. Please see n21.net for details. This will enable them to be kept up to date with information related to N21.net in the future. The details will not be passed to third parties.

Acceptance of exhibitors
After due consideration, if accepted, you will be allocated a stand number and will be invited to a meeting to be arranged before the event, to discuss arrangements for the day. You are encouraged to attend this preparation meeting. We also require all items to be priced and this to be clearly displayed. We also need a list of your paintings and their prices emailed to us in Word, one week before the Exhibition. Items that are not for sale are not permitted in the Exhibition.

There is a large room upstairs and an opportunity to use the garden area and bar. The garden area is obviously dependent on the weather on the day, so a standby system will be used for this area.
Basic tables and hanging boards are provided . The boards are 1.44m x 2.42m (landscape) . Please bring your own table coverings and display materials as these are not provided

Exhibition duration
Please stay for the complete duration of the exhibition.

There is no entrance fee for the public attending the event.
There is an Exhibitor Fee of £30 to cover materials and advertising. There will be a 10% commission levied on any sales made, which after paying for the advertising and setup costs will be donated to the North London Hospice Charity for terminally ill cancer patients. This is a non-profit event for the organisers.
Please keep a note of all sales and provide this information to the organisers at the end of the show.
If you are a "No show" on the day you will be invoiced an additional £30, unless you give 48 hours notice so that we can replace your position.

If you would like to publicise the show, please contact us for materials.
In exhibiting at the show, you are also agreeing to enable the use of photographs/video of the exhibition to promote any further exhibitions of a similar type.
