Wow what a day, we were lucky with the weather, but everything else had been carefully planned for over a year by the dedicated team of organisers. Thank-you to every one of the organisers that made the day happen, it was absolutely incredible. Brilliant !

Welcome to The N21 Festival Fancy Fair 2017 homepage. This years Festival will be a grand Fair on Winchmore Hill Green on Saturday 8th July 2017. We have named the day "The Fancy Fair", after the phrase used in Henrietta Cresswells book written about a Grand Fair the area in the late 1800s.
"There were large white tents and flags, a band playing martial airs, crowds of people, carriages and horses.
Everyone in the village had worked their hardest, and all the stalls were full of a wonderful collection of goods of all sorts.
The years numbered three times seven before there was another Bazaar in Winchmore Hill, so it is little wonder that folks spoke of “The year of the Fancy Fair’ ".
